teaching fish
Sunday 14th January 2007 9:43 PM
after years of trying to teach fish to speak, yesterday I got my brothers goldfish to say 'art'..... in the scheme of things, which include enlightenment, apple crumble and football, this registered 147 nice on the Scale of Good Things. As this scale peaks at 2,500 nices (2.5 fantastics) I was moderately content.... tomorrow Im going to try and teach it 'arse'... and then I'll be happy.

pre-figuring brit-art by some 50 years, my earliest works were in wee and poo. By the late fifties i had moved on to wax crayons and plastecine but still within the general theme of brown. In the mid-sixties, when I was old enough to use the scissors, I moved on to collage. In the early seventies I started taking L.S.D. and they wouldnt let me use the scissors so I started painting. Since the paint ran out in the mid-eighties I have used mainly oil pastels.........
